The Keeneland September sale has started with a pretty subdued mood but interest in Real Estate remains strong. I think there is a general belief that farmland is always a good long term investment and prices are at a level in which interest is still there. The Bluegrass region is a finite area, they arent making any more of it !

If a picture is worth a thousand words, what is a 360degree Hi-Def image on the web worth. Thats the opening line that I wrote for our section on virtrual tours on Bluegrass Trophy Properties. It never ceases to amaize me as to the reaction of people when they see this for the first time. Can you really purchase Real Estate online by just looking at some high quality images only. Carigslist is to me one of the most fascinating sites on the web. I have watched it since its inception and just as twitter was initially dismissed by alot of folks, it has slowly become a monster. There is an absolute ton to be learned about consumer behavior on it. Specifically about what the consumer thinks about Real Estate. Consumers have long thought that Real Estate commisions were excessive and have tried numerous ways online to get around dealing with Real Estate agents. I will outline in my next posts some things I have learned about Real Estate marketing.
