I Love online marketing. The more I learn the more I like to market. I have found many, Many tools that are not expensive and easy to use. Marketing has become fun and have almost become a hobby for me. My wife loves to scrap book. I love to make sure my clients are getting the best marketing on their homes. This past Holiday week end was just wonderful. But Why is it so hard to turn off real estate? To say my family is the most important thing in the world. To not answer the phone for just a couple of days. Why Do people get so upset that as a Realtor, We stop sometimes and say "I want to Play and enjoy the day with Loved ones". I am happy to see that the market is recovering in Southern Idaho. In 2010 Even I was begging to buy into the story that I could not make it in Real Estate, Because things were bad. I made a mind change and started focusing on creating leads and talking to 6o to 80 people per day. I have found that Real Estate in Idaho Falls and Pocatello has really started moving forward. I just cant understand Realtors. They come into the business and they are all ready to go. Then in a very short time they start the same old stories. THE MARKET IS BAD......I CANT FIND PEOPLE TO TALK TO... I NEVER GET THE LISTINGS... I DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIND PEOPLE. It is very frustrating to me. I give training's.
