The City of Murphy TX continues to have a strong market in the single family housing, new construction and pre-owned.
During the month of June 28 single family residences SOLD. That represents an increase of 40% over last month and a 25% increase over last year's sales in June.
 
Looking at the chart above the increase in sales looks promising for the housing market. Although it may only be a glimmer of hope. Forecasters warn that a drop in local housing prices are expected to impact the number of sales as the year draws to a close. Last year in … (4 comments)
