Murphy TX Water Restrictions Ease
Homeowners in Murphy TX will be happy to learn that the water restrictions imposed by Stage 3 Restricitons are going to be eased a bit. The recent rains received in North Texas has elevated our local lakes namely Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard to levels at or above their normal range. Although Stage 3 Restrictions still do apply a once a week watering will be allowed for homeowners effective in April 2012.
Homeowners whose address ends in an odd number (1.3.5.7.9) may water on Mondays only. Homeowners whose address ends in an even number (2.4.6.8.0) … (8 comments)

Due to some environmental concerns Texans and anyone else enjoying Texas lakes need to practice environmentally friendly procedures to keep Texas lakes clean and flowing for years to come.North Texas has been under Stage 3 drought conditions due to these environmental concerns. Murphy Home Sales Bringing in the Buyers In the past week alone 14 homes in the city of Murphy went under contract including the one pictured to the left. Currently there are 27 homes under contract with 6 homes S-O-L-D since March 1, 2012. During the entire month of February there were only 12 homes S-O-L-D.

With numbers popping up like these the forecast for Murphy home sales Spring 2012 is looking bright and good news for Murphy home sellers and its residents.

A glorious sight to see on a Friday and just days away from the official first day of Spring.
Everywhere around us are the beautiful sights of new life bursting forth in nature. Last year in Dallas we had an unusually cold winter. To-date winter this year has been rather mild in North Texas.
The daisy photograph below was taken while visiting a friend recently. It’s pot sat on the friend’s patio. She tells me the plant remained thriving all through the winter months. You’re gonna love Texas! Weather is great and people are friendly.
