The coming of the new year always instills a fresh new sense of hope. It's a new beginning. An opportunity to start over. Day one. It's the stuff that dreams are made out of. It has been my tradtion to write down my aspirations in a journal for the new year on the new day of the new year. Let me say that I am glad that Active Rain is up and operating again. I enjoy the interactions with business partners as well as potential customers on the outside blog or localism. There is a lot to learn and enjoy on the Active Rain Real Estate social network. While you were away Active Rain my business kept going as usual and my calendar was full or should I say my hands. The Snowball Express, American Airlines, other corporations and individuals in a joint effort work to bring children and families of fallen soldiers together for an all expense paid special event. This year's event is being held in Dallas, TX and it is the fourth annual event. It is expected to be the largest event of its kind in the country. The Snowball Express, founded in 2006, came about to provide hope and healing to family members of fallen soldiers who have died while on active duty since September 11, 2001.
