I am not a photographer. I think I can write everything I know on the subject in a few short paragraphs. The pictures I have on my blogs are the most popular feature, or at least what is commented on the most by other bloggers and by people who are looking for information about real estate or about my market area.  My recent 10 part series here on Active Rain generated a lot of questions . . . but not the ones I would have asked. :)

Announcing the second annual virtual pumpkin carving content
Last year I hosted what I believe to be the first ever and perhaps the only virtual pumpkin carving contest ever held on the Internet.  To be honest it was kind of a disaster but we did get participation and a good time was had by all.   The rules were simple but people misunderstood them anyway.  So lets try it again this year, maybe my writing skills have improved over the last 365 days and it will work out.

When Blogs become a passion - 10/01/07 08:41 AM
I have been providing some coaching and training for real estate bloggers.   I have a passion for the subject and enjoy coaching so much that I have been doing it for free, for months, and teaching classes too.   In addition to my real estate practice, which is my first passion, on a part-time basis, I will be providing coaching for the Neighborhoods undressed network.  See the announcement on Real Estate Undressed.
