Here's the information you've been asking for! In our Charleston SC tri-county market (Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester counties), we are still experiencing strong growth in median value of single family homes in the area. Dorchester and Berkeley Counties, impacted most by the strong job market and growing economy from Boeing, Bosch, Daimler, Google, and Volvo to name a few - showed the strongest gains in median value of home resales.
