Link to a great article found on CNNMoney.com about Mobile, Alabama being one of the Top Ten Real Estate Investment Areas. What the article does not mention is that Mobile, AL is located in the GO Zone - Gulf Opportunity Zone which presents accelerated depreciation benefits of 50% for those who qualify.
