It's been another interesting 1st Quarter for Homes Sales in the Stowe, Vermont area.  The two most positive towns for market activity were Stowe and Morrisville, Vermont.

Stowe, Vermont is a beautiful, four season resort town.  Stowe has a full time population of about 4,500 people.  Many of Stowe homes and condos are vacation and second homes.  Below are market statistics by year and a chart for each year.  The data used is from the Northern New England Real Estate Network MLS.  Most of Stowe's sales are through the local MLS.  You can click on the charts for enlarged versions.  Towards the end of this article, is a year to year comparison.
