Over the past several months I have observed that the major newspaper for our county has run articles weekly, and sometimes even more frequently, with a very negative bent on living in my town, on the real estate market in my area, and everything that could possibly affect someone's decision on moving to this location. Consequently, all of the surrounding counties are still strong market activity; whereas, our county--and my town specifically--has a glut of homes on the market.
