The number of new listings in Circle Pines dropped significantly in 2008 compared to the previous year. In this small Anoka County community, just north of Shoreview, home sales were a bit slower with 7 homes fewer sold but this represents almost an 11% drop statistically. The average time on the market did rise a bit but not significantly from 134 days to 141 days on the market. No this beautiful townhome is not featured in a magazine spread but it could have been. The amazing thing is, it is priced $60K less than the price paid just a few years ago.
