shoreview mn realtor: Shoreview MN | 2018 Housing Market and Real Estate Sales Statistics - 03/15/18 06:16 PM

In the centrally located Ramsey County community of Shoreview, MN new listings were down just slightly in 2017. This comes as no surprise because housing inventory is sparse across the greater Minneapolis/St Paul metro. New listings were down just 1.7% from the previous year. The average sales priced skyrocketed to $281,106 up nearly 13%. The average price per square foot rose considerably too. Shoreview homes sold at an average $141 per square foot in 2017. … (1 comments)

Broadcasting wouldn't be the same in the Minneapolis/St Paul area with out these twin towers in Shoreview, MN. They rise about 1440 feet in the air and help get out the signal for Kare11, WCCO and KSTP in the metro area. Of course they are also a great way to get your sense of direction. When you see the Shoreview towers, you know you cannot be too far from home!
