How do you build your community on twitter? Get local... On Twitter, this is very easy to do - http://search.twitter.com/advanced now you can drill about as deep as you want...
I put in my town and state, see what comes up... You will find a steady stream of people tweeting and talking about all sorts of things.

As you may be aware, I'm reading The Thank You Economy by Gary Vaynerchuk @Garyvee, and there are some good things in that book.
Without giving away the book, Gary is looking at how reputation marketing has made huge comeback with social media. Essentially bringing us back to the old days, when everybody knew everybody, and that network was how you would get recommendation...
How does this affect us in real estate?
It may just be one of the better ways to explain why  social media is so important in your business today.

Another successful open house in Temecula this weekend. Paseo San Esteban - 06/12/11 05:04 PM
Yet again, we are doing a fast and furious open house in Temecula.
Here's the deal, our team runs two open houses every week - usually on the weekend. Chances are you have seen our signs around town, since we use a lot of them. 
Why is an open house important?
1. It is an opportunity for potential buyers to see the property and maybe make an offer, this weekend we have written one offfer so far on a property we are holding open.

Can a for sale sign be "interactive"? In Temecula Ca it can! - 06/01/11 02:15 PM
When you interview a Realtor, it is common to ask about commissions and marketing - and it is common to get a nice descriotion of all those web sites your house will be listed on...
But, what about the good old fashioned for sale sign, the one with the flyers in the box? Not as many are using these, and there are things you can do these days, to make that sign work harder for your money. 
Here's an example, we added a TAG code to each sign, it will take you to the virtual tour.
