What is with this weather?  It is as if it can't decide the season.  A week or so ago I was so excited for fall, looking forward to soups and sweaters.  Now I can't get enough ice water. 

Regardless of the strange weather for this season here in the South Bay we do have THE BEST WEATHER, but with it being all wonky who knows what it is going to be like from day to day.  A safe bet is to plan on getting your workout done indoors.  I have some cardio dance classes that can help you do just that.

I teach Nia.  It is a dance exercise.  It is a cardio dance.  It is a great workout.

Nia is a lead follow type of aerobic class, so you don't have to know any routines or special moves.  Just join us and move.
