My family and I are off to the beach this week, so Katina will be taking over the blog for me...

The last few weeks have been hopping!  Our cry for listings paid off and we have had more inventory coming in and it is a great mix of homes too!

Two new construction listings in Old Salisbury Place are very popular, we have held several open houses and other agents are showing the properties alot.  We are very pleased with the traffic and expect offers at any time.

We also listed a great farmhouse in East Bend.  It is a classic with 2 fireplaces, a metal roof, and a claw foot tub!  217 River St is the address, drive by if you are in the area, it is a great house.  And sits on almost 4 acres.  You wouldnt expect a farmhouse that is almost 100 yrs old to be in such great shape, but the owners have done a great job keeping it move in ready for the next owner!

2 new listings in Mocksville, 2006 S Hwy 601 and 344 Boxwood Church Rd and one in Kernersville, 9490 County Line Rd, round out the last couple of weeks additions.

The months of April and May were quite busy for us and we wrote quite a few contracts on our listings.  We need inventory to assist the buyers we are in contact with.  Another team member has been added to the mix and with him he brought two listings to add to our inventory.  Neil Foster joins us this week and we are excited to have him.  He has been with Keller Williams as an independent agent, but we convinced him that being a part of our team was the way to go!

Neil has been in real estate for 3 years now, and is very enthusiastic and excited to help the buyers we have looking to find the perfect home.  Neil takes the place of Linda, who after much thought has decided that her move here and her real estate transactions pending in SC are alot to handle at once, so she is taking a little time to get oriented to the new area and enjoy her new home in Boone Trace.  We wish her luck and success in whatever she does.

In addition to the two listings Neil brought to us, we are proud to announce that Terri and her team also added two new construction homes to our inventory.  They are located in Old Salisbury Place in Winston Salem.  Both are two story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes over 2,000 sq ft.  Priced starting at $159,950 they are a STEAL!  If you are an investor looking for excecutive level rentals, these are them.  They are also in a great neighborhood with a community pool for a family home.

I have been neglecting my Blog on here for sometime, but I now have a new superwoman administrative assistant who is getting things back on track.

The team is very busy but we are in need of new listings, so if you know someone who is in the market to sell, send them our way. 

Beverly Fisher is selling like hotcakes, she wrote 7 contracts last month and is still turning them out.  Our marketing campaigns are being beefed up and creating more and more leads for her to convert to sales!  GO BEVERLY!

The new super admin I mentioned is Katina Storck.  She is diligently working to update our marketing strategies so our sellers and buyers see the value our Team provides them.  We are already seeing an increase in the amount of people visiting our new sites and responding to our ads in the various places we post them.
