This is great for sellers, but buyers need to stay on their toes and be ready to make an offer as soon as they find a home they like or they might miss it! Condo sales have not slowed down a bit since our last report. Buyers need to be ready to jump! There were 7 sales in the $400-500k range last month and the average market time for all 7 of those sales was only 6 days. It's no wonder the median sales price was $418,000.

Even though homes are still selling very quickly these additional listings have bumped the months supply of inventory up from 1.7 months to 3.6! It's good news for buyers, they have an easier time when there are a few choices out there. However, it's still a seller's market. The other is by manually looking up the data in the MLS.
