I almost did the "31 Days to A better Blog" challenge but missed the beginning of the contest and I missed the "31 Day Challenge for January 2011" but I am super excited Christine ONeal wrote about this early so I could join!

Fannie Mae has teamed up with Northern Nevada's Regional Multiple Listing Service (NNRMLS) to help distressed homeowners sell their homes via a short sale more quickly.
