The Reno Sparks Association of Realtor monthly "To The Point" market analyses indicated the things are looking up for the Northern Nevada area. Reno and Sparks is continue to see increases in home sales, home prices and a decrease in the amount of time each home is listed in the MLS.
This "To The Point" monthly video offers the latest statics on homes sold in the Reno, Sparks and Fernley Nevada areas. Many Realtor's are staying hopeful because of the steady increases each area has been showing.  Be sure to watch this video to see why!!

Thank you Carla for sharing your buyers experience with us in this post. Sellers who receive multiple offers or an offer within days of listing their home for sale often feel they priced it wrong. Here in Northern Nevada, inventory is so low yet we have buyers and their agents who looking daily for that perfect home. When new ones hit the market, they are ready to look and write offers!
