2011 December Blogging Challenge - Day 5 - Getting Organized - 12/07/11 11:00 PM
What a great day, first day I have had in the office almost all day, in so long I cannot remember when the last time it was. I am continuing to get all of the stuff organized. My desk, I found part of the top, what a relief. Have not seen the top in who know how long. Even found some old mail, with bills that were due in the next couple of days, so I got that all taken card of. Listened to a Webinar today on how to take better photos of homes by Randy Eagar, CRS instructor. Some (4 comments)
2011 December Blogging Challenge - Day 4 - Progress - 12/06/11 11:50 PM
So today I was all set to get lots of different things done, and then came the BPO's, ah, what a way to make some $$ for Christmas. Originally I set out to take photos of 5 properties, only 90 miles of driving (got to cut out some of those pesky zip codes), and then while out 3 more came in. Got all of that completed in about 5 hours of driving, picture taking and traffic. To add to today's adventure, there is rain. Brilliant, forgot an umbrella, not that they are of much use while attempting to photograph the exterior (0 comments)

The amazing thing is that the more I cleared off the desk, the more of the important pieces of paper rise to the top. Now that I am getting the most important stuff in a single pile, tomorrow will be the day to begin getting the plan for how I/We can make 2012 one of (2 comments)
2011 December Blogging Challenge - Day 1 -- Eye-Fi - 12/01/11 10:14 PM
I love a challenge, so I have decided that during this month I will participate in the "2011 December Blogging Challenge". To start with I am going to look ways to be more efficient. One of the things I do a lot of is take pictures for BPO's and Property Inspections. Some days I will spend 6 or 7 hours on the road traveling around the area gathering pictures, then back to the office to upload all of them into individual files for the BPO's. Sometimes things get cross-ways and I have a very short time to get the picture taken (1 comments)
