The Cost of Living in Charlotte- "Objectively Affordable" Why have so many people been moving from the north-east down to Charlotte, NC? Is it because they get tired of the long winters? Well that’s part of it but another major reason for moving to Charlotte is the low cost of living (1 comments)

Yesterday Zillow announced their nationwide view of the housing market, a sort of national Zestimate. Charlotte made headlines as being the 3rd fastest appreciating city in the country at a 9% increase from last year.
