Short sales are here for awhile and whether representing buyer or seller experience in short sales is a must.

Short Sales are closing!!! They have been some fabulous deals on them.
However, if you are seeking a close within 30 days, short sales may not be the best option.

Everything is always negotiable. From a Sellers standpoint- Having a termite inspection at the very least pre market makes sense. Many times , defects, repairs and other items found can easily be corrected prior to market at a much cheaper price. Knowing the extent of any damage can assist in setting up price and (0 comments)
