Not a subject most like to think about .......waste lines........BUT(T) one that does need addressing in older homes and neighborhoods.
In several California Cities it is a requirement to update the sewage lines at time of sale or within a time period shortly after sale.

Everything is always negotiable. From a Sellers standpoint- Having a termite inspection at the very least pre market makes sense. Many times , defects, repairs and other items found can easily be corrected prior to market at a much cheaper price. Knowing the extent of any damage can assist in setting up price and (0 comments)
