Do you ever make that special connection with a client and then they move away and you feel lost?  I was fortunate enough to assist an 84 year old woman in the sale of her home.  We became fast friends and she nicknamed herself "YOM" - Young Old Mom and I became #1 - #1 Daughter.  Today she is flying to Indianapolis to start her new life in a retirement community near her son.  I feel like I have lost my best friend.  I just need to remember that she is only a click away since she loves to email!

Sellers should consider getting a pre-marketing inspection prior to listing their home.  This will help the Seller get prepared for marketing, avoid surprises later and build Buyer confidence in the property.
