Last night in Las Vegas We went to the Fremont Street Experience - 11/24/07 01:32 PM
Click on the photo for the video. We attended the NAR Convention in Las Vegas last week and spent our last night on Fremont Street . In order to compete with the big hotels and casinos, the downtown area has put up this amazing light show that spans 3 blocks and shows every half hour all evening. The lights on the downtown casinos in this area go out when the light show begins. We took a short video of this if you didn't get a chance

What do the Letters behind the Realtor® Name Mean? - 11/23/07 11:07 AM
What are Designations? Are they important to me? In most cases buyers and sellers get in to an agreement with an agent and have no idea of the qualifications of the agent they have selected. They might use several set of criteria to make their decision. This information may assist them in the decision or at least have them realize that all agents are not created equal and some have spent years educating themselves to assist buyers and sellers. Four of the more popular designations most buyers and sellers should have information on to assist them in making

Is finding your way around Grand Rapids Michigan Logical? - 11/01/07 09:57 PM
For the most part Grand Rapids has a logic to finding addresses. The intersection of Division and Fulton is "zero" and everything starts there. All addresses have a direction NW, NE, SW or SE. The side of the road you live on determines if your address is even or odd. East and South are even addresses and North and West are Odd. The last part of the process is knowing that every Mile you are from the center of Grand Rapids, Fulton and Division, is 800 numbers. Think about 28th street and one mile south is 36th st. They are numbered 2800
