The Ada-Cascade Michigan area is a residential suburban area east
and southeast of the Grand Rapids city limits.  Ada-Cascade has a
real appeal for people looking for wooded lots, waterfront, new
suburban housing developments, and a little more elbow room. 
 It is also known for the excellent public schools, Forest Hills Public
Schools.
While there aren't many Ada-Cascade homes for sale under $100,000
in this area, there are still lots of great homes at excellent prices.
Most Ada-Cascade sold homes have prices rolled back to 2004 levels.

"I write this after many months of talking about the possibility of going to a
paperless solution.  Within 2 weeks I will embark on the trail of my first
transaction with at least minimal paper by buying a HP 2710 Tablet Computer."

What does NAR think of the Housing Stabilization bill? - 09/30/08 12:04 PM
I just received a link on a message from NAR of their evaluation
 of the Housing Stabilzation bill. While I am in support of the
concept of rescuing the economy, I have concerns.  I have heard
rumors of add-on Legislation, lots of it.  The bill that was defeated
 yesterday started out at 3 pages and went to vote with 110 pages
(of porky stuff attached?).
 

After a 'Rescue Bill' is passed, and it appears this is the direction our
 esteemed gentlemen in Congress will eventually go,  I would like
 to hear the rationalization of the representatives that tagged

wooded lots, walking access to Thornapple Elementary School and
 the Thornapple River Backwaters.  It is located just off of
Thornapple River Drive and Cascade Road in Cascade Township.

they all do the same thing. They think so much of what they had to say, they had to interrupt

I am so irritated by our Representatives that they don't have the normal social skills to allow
anyone to finish before jumping in to contradict. It reminds me of a book, I think it is called
"All I will ever need to know, I learned in Kindergarten". When these politicians interrupt each
