Our market in Bryan, Texas still isn't as healthy as College Station in our "off-season". Bryan currently has 431 properties active. This does not include the 84 properties currently under contract, or the 3 that are under contingency contract. Our market in College Station still is going strong, despite it being the "off-season". Our more expensive listings, those 500 and up have been getting overall more showings than typical. College Station currently has 453 properties active. This does not include the 97 properties currently under contract, or the 3 that are under contingency contract. Guess what time it is kids??? It's time for the ultimate reality show. I know that you desperately want to become a contestant and the good news is you don't even have to apply!
