Today I saw the difference that staging a home with style can make.The price point for each of these estates in a local home show was over $2 million. With five homes total and an average size of over 7,000 square feet, there was ample room for staging and decorating these custom homes to showcase their unique architectural qualities.Often in show homes, the designer/stager will be marketing their style instead of creating a neutral space for homebuyers to envision themselves in.
