Mahogany Run is a well established residential area on St. Thomas know for it's homes, condos and the only full golf course with wonderful ocean views on St. Thomas. An applications was submitted by Jaredien Design Group to the DPNR (Department of Planning and Natural Resources) on February 4, 2014, for a zone variance for parcel D-34 Lovenlund, No 2 GNS, 3 acres of land, located across from the entrance to the golf course. The application requests permission to allow for the construction of a 24000 square foot, two level commercial structure. Mahogany Run is a gated golf Community in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Located on the Atlantic or North side of the island where many of the homes and condos have wonder ocean views. The location can be further identified as Estate Lovenlund, GNS (Greater North Side). I took these pictures during a recent open house that was hosted by a cooperating brokerage.
