This is my variation of the traditional oatmeal cookie recipe from the Quaker Oats box lid.  I took their recipe and played with it a bit.  This cookies are not only awesome, they have a tendency to disappear.  Great (and memorable!) for open houses or just to take to the office.  … (2 comments)
