If you really want to get your body in shape try doing this a little at a time:)  Then when you can follow the two grils in this video through their exercise routine you will be in the best shape ever.  I don't know if you can get out of the shape that they are in. If you need help call 911:)

WHAT DOES YOUR DEER FAMILY EAT? - 01/16/11 06:27 PM
I have stated in a few animal post that deer eat pecans out of our yard as well as acorns and some A/R Members were surprised to learn that they will eat pecans.  I thought about that today as I was feeding a number of deer in our back yard, well they will eat just about anything that you feed them. To-days menu consisted of corn, bread,left over cake, corn and potato chips, and a few tomatoes.

SUNDAY MORNING AXIS BUCK - 01/09/11 10:57 AM
Look who came to breakfast early this Sunday morning.  Yes, a very nice Axis buck with a large and still growing set of antlers.  You can see that his antlers are still in the velvet so they are still not at full size. Some of the deer hunters would love to see him in their gun sights.  This is one that they would like to have for a wall mount in their den or man cave.

Saturday Axis Deer Photos - 01/08/11 10:05 PM
The daily visit of a herd of Axis Deer seems to be almost the same time of each day.  They show up through out our little neighborhood to see what the can find to eat at about four o'clock.  We have not had much rain in the last thirty days so they really are searching for food.  There are a few acorns left on the ground and sometimes they find a pecan that escaped their previous visit to our backyard.
