In searching for buyers lately- for homes for sale in Killeen Texas ...wow I have ran across some GEMS!
There are several very nice foreclosures on our market right now- and some are virtually "move in ready!" I have seen many single family homes in our first time buyer range of around $80K to $120K - and that put them right in the middle of the competition of homes for sale in Killeen.

My boys are 16 and 20...and last September we welcomed little Sadie Alice to our crew. Having a little girl has brought a whole new meaning to being a Mom.

Disappointed home buyer in Killeen Texas (Real Estate) - 05/07/10 06:24 PM
Not very often- but every once in a while- a deal falls through... its sad for everyone. My buyer was prequalified, the listing was mine- not even on the market yet. We went under contract smooth as silk and everyone was happy.
As it turns out- the buyer had some glitches in their employment history that didn't come out until verification from their HR dept - just a couple days prior to closing. Everything was done, repairs, survey, termite inspection, appraisal, home inspection... everything. The loan was declined after all options were exhausted.

I have been a RainMaker now for a few days- and it seems that my blog post have less comments and traffic now -than when only the AR members could see them?? Am I doing something wrong?
I got a nice comment from a lady who directed me to "groups" and how to select them for blog entries- so I did that- but still nothing. I really need a class on this- it seems like it would be simple- but I am starting to believe there is an "art" to it. I WILL LEARN THIS!

Well I got the dreaded notice..."you have been selected for an IRS Audit" - my first one. I was so nervous before my first meeting with "IRS Wendy" today that I nearly started crying- and I NEVER cry! We keep pretty good business records- and our company is WAY SMALL so I don't really know what I was getting so worked up about- but wow I was a basket case!

I took a new listing about a month ago in Killeen Texas- for a client who is in Germany with the US Army. His house had been in rentals for many years and he wants to cash in as he is approaching his retirement. My virtual assistant April (who is AMAZING! Check her out at www.virtualassistantchick.com) suggested that we use this file sharing program for files and pictures. We no longer have to email files or pics - no more transferring them to an external drive - no more storing them on disks!! We just drag and drop them onto the desktop icon and PRESTO- there they are to share. Its especially cool for those of us who work on several different computers- like me- I have a laptop, an office desktop and a home office desktop. My husband and I can share files too! Killeen Texas is the city closest to Fort Hood Army Base in Central Texas. Other surrounding cities include Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Nolanville and Kempner - all within a reasonable driving distance to the base - no more than 20 minutes at the most.
Currently our area has 40 foreclosures (as of May 4, 2010) that are active on the MLS and most are really great deals!
