This is an update to my previous report noting this past week's activity.
Inventory showed an drop of 4 units from 730 to 726 which has been hovering in that area for the last 6 weeks, while lower than last year's record levels at this time are still at a high for the year.  
New Listings are just that - recently listed properties "new" to the market - in reality some percentage of these are a re-contracting of expired listings.

Inventory showed an increase of 8 units from 722 to 730 while New Listings ticked up a bit so did Deposits with Under Contract and Closed remaining strong. to the holiday week and start of the summer vacation season.  
New Listings are just that - recently listed properties "new" to the market - in reality some percentage of these are a re-contracting of expired listings.

This is an update to my previous report noting this past week's activity.
This weeks active inventory climbed briefly from 726 to 710.   The number of listings that have shown price changes continue to be high (6% of active listings) as home owners (and Realtors) recognize that the biggest level they have to sell a house is competitive pricing.  The number of deposits ticked back up.
