So we thought this information might be useful to those of you who have been looking for down payment and closing cost assistance to purchase a home in Prince George's County.
On Monday, February 28, 2011, the new Prince George's County My Home Program will be launched! This is great news for many buyers who previously wanted to participate in the NSP, but missed the opportunity. Not all lenders will be able to assist you with obtaining financing for this program, but we have you covered with a list of lenders that are participating.

Paper-less Challenge...A Plan for the Next 2 Months... - 02/25/11 11:51 PM
One way I met the Paper-LESS Challenge is simply by Typing my Entire Mini-Business Plan..instead of writing (I really was preparing to do pick up that pen! ;)
I started by scanning old real estate documents this month that have been sitting in manilla folders in a box in my office. It really felt good to do this! But that was only one step.
Below you'll see my plan to become "entirely" green & paper-less. Let's go: March 2011
