 I truly believe that a big part of Real Estate is helping people.The satifaction of seeing their faces on moving day is priceless. I have had my best luck with first time home buyers. And the reason seem to be that alot of realtors at least in my neck of the woods don't want to deal with them.

If someone could be so kind as to give me some advice. I have decided to change the avenue of my marketing dollars this year. For my first two years i took a weekly advertisement in a local newspaper for name recognition. I invented the BaldMan and did alot of humorous ads that most agents wouldn't.     Modern Christianity loves to preach about the "Love Of God","the"Salvation of God", the "Glory  of God" but in my humble opinion we don,t hear enough about the"Judgement of God".
    We get hold of a new Christian and put him right into the Book Of John.Christmastime we hear alot about the book of Luke. Mathew gives us the Sermon on the Mount. Mark teaches us about evangelism. OUR FATHER WILL KNOW - 12/21/07 06:48 PM
    I spent most of the last two days helping a friend. Ted the husband just had major reconstruction foot surgery two weeks ago and can only get around in a wheel chair. His wife Roz just had half of a lung removed last week and can't really get around much at all yet. So yesterday I drove them to the hospital for xray's and a follow up visit for Roz. Or read the newspaper or turn on the television and it become obvious.CHRISTIANITY IS UNDER ATTACK.We (Christians) all know it, were bitching and moaning about it all the time.       I think anyone who is a grandparent will know exactly what I mean. Today Michael Vick was sentenced to 23 months in federal prison for his part in the financing of the dog fighting ring. Every article i read is followed by multiple paragraphs with quotes from people who think he should have goten alot more time. Prayer Vigil was a Blessed Event. - 12/09/07 08:51 PM
Well we had our cancer prayer vigil today. 6 hours of praise worship and prayer. We had over 300 names on the list including a few rainers. It was an amazing experience and I feel so very blessed. We have on very special member of our congregation that so many have been praying for so long for. Doris in her mid thirties with two young children and has been battling cancer on and off for 15 years. She is the sweetest kindest person you,d ever want to meet.
