The Standard and Poor's Case-Shiller Survey for March 2008 showed that the Charlotte Metro Statistical Area, which represents the counties of Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Gaston, Anson, and York (SC) showed a 1-Year Increase in home prices of 0.8%. I know you're thinking why pop the cork on the champagne for 0.8%
