The trait that Happy People have for this blog is as difficult as any of the other traits that are listed on this list of traits.  When it talks of avoiding social comparisons, it means that we shouldn't be compariing ourselves and are circumstances with someone else.  It is the "keeping up with the Jones'" mentality.  What makes doing this trait even more difficult is that all of the advertisments in the World do this.  Even in our own business we are asking people to move up, down size or choose the right neighborhood.

In this post I am continuing with my take on the list of traits that happy people have.  I got this list from a neighborhoood newsletter.  There was no source of the list in the article.  I mention this in each post to show that the list isn't something that I came up with.  I wish that I had!  Todays trait is to see problems as challenges.  This is not something that is new.  Many coaches and trainers have mentioned this trait in their services.  It seems like an easy thing to do, but in practice, probably not so!

I have mentioned before that one of the areas in which we work is the Woods Cross, Utah area.  My desire in this blog is to paint an overview of the single family housing real estate market in Woods Cross over the past year.
In the past year there have been 140 single family homes sell in Woods Cross.  The lowest price that I found was $100,645, the highest sold price that I found in the past year was $446,556.  The Median Price is $216,000 and the median time that these homes were on the market is an astounding 22 days!
