Westgate Market, which opened its doors in 1952,  will close by the end of March. The buyer is Kelvin Scribner, president of Sagetech Corporation. The decision to sell was not unexpected by the partners, who said the land and building have been on the market for several years.The store had seven employees, Many of them have worked at Westgate for a number of years.
