I have been working a short sale since April. We get a cash buyer that is willing to pay what the first lienholder desires. The second agrees to a settlement from the first. The preliminary HUD is completed. All we need now is a formal letter from first and second agreeing to the sale. Commisioner's sale is in 3 weeks. This is the status as of Friday morning.
