November is National Family Caregivers Month - 10/30/10 04:35 PM
The establishment of "National Family Caregivers Month" marks the goal of bringing awareness to the extraordinary efforts that family members expend when taking care of a family member who is suffering impairments.Normally, we think of this "care-giving" as related to our spouses, Parents, or Grand-parents, but to be honest, it cam and often does involve the very youngest among us as well as children of all ages. Whomever the family member is, this is a very difficult position to hold. Cognitive problems often to involve Alzheimer's disease. If you have or have had a family member who suffers from (8 comments)

A fact that periodically I did happen to remind him about. Mumbled words and scowles will not be recorded here.To be honest, this was the best day to do this, as the weather predicted for Tuesday & Wednesday is to be not so good.
