I recently attended the annual meeting of my condominium association.  The group got into a heated discussion about parking.  Parking has been unassigned as long as I have lived there (22+ years) and let me tell you, this situation has created many problems.  For example, when it snows, a unit owner dilligently digs out his space only to come home and find it occupied by someone else's car.  Also, co-owners place various obstacles in the spaces to "reserve" their spot so that they will not have to dig out another one.  This, of course, is not allowed since the parking spaces … (1 comments)
