2008 GAR (Georgia Association of Relators) purchase and sale agreement will change on Jan 1, 2008 and will no longer contain financing contingency nor repair requests for inspection. The termite report provided by seller left last year. What will this broing? Do you think this will help/hurt the business for capable agents?
