Pins & Needles for Todays $8,000 Tax Credit. - 06/30/10 09:44 AM
This is do-or-die-day for many real estate deals. Here's a good story.
My take? If you can not close a deal in 60 days then you or your agent is likely a nincompoop. Just saying.

Real Estate Demand May be Hotter Than We Realize - 06/25/10 08:13 AM
Alexa is a rating service that many people know of and it is one that I watch closely.  The Alexa ratings are available and explained on their site alexa.com, but bassically they montor the 'juice' and traffic power of websites and topics.
Todays hot topics are Michael Jackson and Soccer, but check out number 4 and 9 in the top 10!  Mortgage Calculator and real estate make the Top 10!

Wow - for a market that's nearly in a coma the subject is still very 'juicy'!  Someting is churning in the minds of web browsers. I hope it's our customers … (2 comments)

Is there a Shortage of Time Share Suckers? - 06/22/10 11:17 AM
I have never understood why someone would buy a timeshare, at least not in the last 20 years when the value of them is so obviously zero.  Business must be better than I ever knew however with an outrageous 90,000 sq ft home being built by a timeshare tycoon.  $75 Million and that's not for the finished mansion, but for the starter kit.

A story on Yahoo via AP News caught my eye.  Now I know where all those $20,000 payments for the rights to pay for a motel room are going. At lease it's not wasteful!

I have always had more than enough hours of CE to keep my state commish happy, but this time I'm 6 hours short with a month to go.  Friday, I figured I'd check out an online course and spent $30 to enroll in a class online.  THis is only the 2nd time since CE began that I've ever paid for a class, and the 1st … (2 comments)

A Delicious Idea - 06/04/10 10:24 AM
Not much time today but wanted to pass along a great idea I picked up at the Atlanta bloggers meetup this week.  I've preached the value of blog commenting for good traffic building but  I wasnt bookmarking the comment. When you make a comment on a blog that comment will geerate a specific url in most cases. Bookmarking this in your social media bookmarking Delicious account will add another breadcrumb to your web property juice.
