ReMax agents cant speel - 07/28/10 11:22 AM
Ok - I may be poking a stick into a hole I shouldnt but I gotta get it off my chest. I have a great respect for RE/MAX and many RE/MAX agents and brokers. I was a RE/MAX associate myself at a time I generally rank them at the top of the industry. Every time I see a RE/MAX agent posting as ReMax or REMax or Re/Max I get the sense that they are not effectively enhancing their affiliation with RE/MAX. Can you get it yet? RE/MAX is all caps, and with a "/" Anything else is watered down. This is (0 comments)
Imagine if you could create a webpage with photos and information about a listing, or your favorite cause, or you brilliance. What if you could then crate an interesting barcode and get people to scan it to see what juicy bits it contained. You could get some stickers to put on your business cards, you car, your flyers... the mind boggles.
What if you could get into a trend two years ahead of the pack? Helloooo! It's here. Go get some stickybits and start sticking. scan this barcode for more about me ;-) Gary Vaynerchuk [@garyvee] is a company (4 comments)
How this for an Engagement Ring? - 07/21/10 03:59 PM
Yesterday I had a lovely root canal. During the process I outlined and mentally wrote the blog article about the 'social media engagement ring'. This came together quickly and I followed up today with a blog post, in another blog. The social media strategy I speak of is not designed for real estate but for any business or cause. Anyone wanting to get their message out is best served by running the 'show' from one central spot and working the traffic like a major airline. All flights connect in Atlanta and all social media should connect in your main business building (0 comments)
Live webcast for Agents, needs your advice - 07/15/10 03:55 PM
Yesterday I did live webcast show with a Georgia lawyer that was targeted at real estate agents. I covered the top 10 social media sites for agents and Howell Haunson covered some scary legal stuff, focusing on short sales. I'd love to have you watch and ask any questions or add any thought or ideas. I'm all ears! Grateful ears!
click the grafic to go to the show and click the arrow in the video player to begin. forgive the less-than perfect tech issues as this was a 1st run pilot show test. Thanks, rb (0 comments)

Share Large Video or Grafic Files Easily With Dropbox - 07/01/10 07:33 AM
I've been using a free web service called Dropbox for a few weeks now and I am loving it. I highly recommed you give it a look. Dropbox works on any computer system and creates a virtual folder on your desktop that actually store files in the cloud. You can reach your files from anywhere and you can share with others, such as your vendor or VA, or make file completely public.
Try Dropbox with a 2 gigabyte free account and see for yourself. Visit my link and we'll each get a 250MB bonus. It's simple, fast and free. Not (3 comments)
