Why We Call Rock Hill Home - 11/19/09 08:32 AM
When potential homeowners are looking to buy a property one factor that has been embedded in them is location, location, location. This is key and certainly an important factor that should be consider when purchasing a home or property. One of the reasons we chose Rock Hill, SC as our home is the close proximity to Charlotte, North Carolina and all the amenities that come with a large city. If we drive to Uptown Charlotte it takes less than 30 minutes depending on traffic. Since the lightrail has opened we use this form of transportation more that driving all the way into Uptown. Alright all you Winthrop Eagle fans get ready because basketball season is cranking up. November 14 at 4:00pm will be the opening game for the men's basketball team at Winthrop University. If you are looking for a great family activity that is extremely affordable then you have to experience the thrill of Winthrop basketball. The games are always exciting and there is something for everyone. Put on your Eagle wear and join the best fans in the world to cheer on this outstanding team of players. Have we got a place that you have to check out. Not even sure how to describe it, but when you go make sure you have your walking shoes on. In Fort Lawn, SC just 30 minutes from Charlotte, NC and 20 minutes from Rock Hill, SC you will find "WOW". Two of the previous manufacturing facilities owned and operated by Springs Industries are now home to a furniture and rug superstore in one plant and home accessories in the other plant. We have recently discovered a great treasure between Rock Hill and York , SC for anyone look for quality furniture, accessories and help with decorating needs. The White Tiger is located on Highway 274 in Newport , Near Lake Wylie which is a secret that is quickly getting out in the community. The White Tiger has a huge selection of furniture for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms as well as odd and end pieces such as end tables, ottomans, pictures and accessories. What a treat we experienced tonight. We attended the fall concert of the Winthrop University Jazz Ensemble and what a tremendous group of talented individuals who will blow you away with their skill and passion for music. The music selections were great and really showcased all of the musicians that made up the jazz ensemble. It was evident that every musician in the group has a love for music and they enjoy the whole jazz experience. The recital hall was packed and it was great to see so many students from the Northwestern Marching Band in attendance. York County should be (0 comments)
