you have choices in life:
Every day you have choices in life, the choices start when you get out of bed in the morning
you can look at your self in the mirror and ask you're self: Am I going to be in a good mood or in a bad mood today?
when something bad happens, what is your choice? Will you let it get you down or is your choice to learn from it?
when you meet people that are more successfully then you:  Are you going to resent them or will you learn from them?
