Homes For Sale In The Fairmont Subdivision. I get ask at least once a day "How's The Real Estate Market". While I can give a general answer for the area, prices are specific to a location. You can have two neighborhoods side by side but have totally different prices. This has to do with age, condition and even the style of the homes. The Fairmont subdivision is a small community of 127 homes. Located off Lomond Dr. in Manassas, Virginia. Super Bowl Ads And Small Business Advertising I attended a Prince William Chamber, Small Business Round-table discussion. The topic was, "What Can Small Businesses Learn From Super Bowl Ads." Here were the four major advertising points that we learned. There was repetition. Target marketing. In your face feel good ad's. Call to action. Lets look a little deeper into each one. Hazards of Energy Efficient Light Bulbs Consumers agree, using anything that is energy efficient is a good thing. But did you know that those Energy Efficient Light Bulbs contain Mercury???? Yes I said Mercury!
