What a game SUPERBOWL XLII was. Now that it is over, it is GAME ON in real estate. Traditionally speaking, the slowest traffic has been from Thanksgiving through Superbowl Sunday. This year reinforced that. Anybody who has picked up the paper, turned on the radio, or watched the news knows that we are in a different real estate market.
