realtors: Clients view on what is our job as a real estate agent

Over the years, I have been so amazed by what clients think our job is, as a real estate agent . Many times I just laugh to myself and fulfill their out of line requests and expectations.
Here are some client requests -- some are silly and some are common
1. Call each day for a status update - like we have action on their overpriced home each day?
2. They leave town so feed the dog and walk the dog - am I a pet sitter?

Administrative Professionals Day is April 21st, as Realtors we know the value of these people!
As Realtors we know how important it is to have a great team of people in place to close a deal. Without these members, we would not get paid after all. So tomorrow is Administrative Professionals Day so lets all remember to take the time out of our schedules to thank the people we cant live without.

realtors: Some of the craziest things I have done for clients- way above the call of duty

1. Delivered keys at 10 PM2. Sat with movers all day while owners drove to their other home3. Moved furniture4. Stored furniture at no cost in my garage for 4 months and then get accused of taking a coffee pot and vacuum- like I want their coffee pot and vacuum5. Pick up and drop off clients at the airport at odd hours6. Let them stay in my vacant rental at cost of utilities until their home can close escrow7. Program garage door openers and or buy them8.
