Looks like the 2007 year ended pretty much as predicted here in the Greater Tampa Bay. The Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) released their latest statistics comparing November 2006 to November 2007 this week and I don’t think any one was surprised.

Single family home prices have continued to slide nationally and in Tampa they seem to be in free fall. Today Standard & Poor released their report for August 2007 (Standard & Poor’s S&P/Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index for August 2007) and it does not paint a rosy picture here … (4 comments)
