Realtor.Com extras - are they worth it ? - 06/29/08 06:55 PM
My wife and I pay Realtor.com around $3,500 a year to have our listings as showcase listings.  What is the group's general opinion of this feature ?
Also, they have a new feature - the seller cma feature which also costs several hundred dollars a month or more depending on the zipcode.  Basically, one realtor will be the featured agent for that zipcode.  Anyone have any feedback with that service as of yet ?
We also paid for a banner in the past but discontinued that.

How many other cities has a condominium for cars ?
The Parkominium is a very unique real estate opportunity in Philadelphia.
We have been marketing the Old City Parkominium and its interest is starting to grow.  How many other  cities have this type of real estate in their markets ? I know that in New York City it exists and they will sell for up to $250K but am unsure about other markets.  The location is one of the premier parts of Philadelphia as can be seen below.
